Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation
All turf and facility bookings are confirmed only after successful online payment through the website.
Once payment is completed, the booking will be recorded and confirmation will be sent via email.
2. Reporting Time
Players must arrive at least 10 minutes before their booked slot.
Late arrival will not extend the booked time, and the session will end at the scheduled time.
3. Booking Duration
Each booking is charged on an hourly basis.
Customers may select multiple hours depending on availability.
4. Pricing
The current pricing structure is:
Turf Booking
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM → ₹600 per hour
6:00 PM – 10:00 PM → ₹1000 per hour
Snooker Table
Without AC → ₹200 per hour
With AC → ₹400 per hour
Pickleball Court Booking
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM → ₹400 per hour
6:00 PM – 10:00 PM → ₹600 per hour
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their booking by contacting the FFC Turf management through the provided contact details.

Refund rules are as follows:

* Cancellation made at least 2 hours before the booked slot:

50% of the booking amount will be refunded.

* Cancellation made within 2 hours of the booked slot:

No refund will be provided.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 3–5 working days to reflect.

6. Code of Conduct
Players must maintain proper discipline and sportsmanship while using the facility.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
* Damage to turf or equipment
* Use of abusive language or misconduct
* Alcohol or prohibited substances on the premises
Management reserves the right to cancel bookings without refund in case of misconduct.
7. Liability
FFC Turf is not responsible for:
* Personal injuries during play
* Loss or theft of personal belongings
* Any unforeseen interruptions due to weather or technical issues
Players participate at their own risk.
8. Slot Availability
Management reserves the right to block or cancel slots due to:
* Maintenance
* Tournaments or events
* Operational requirements
In such cases, customers will be notified and refunds will be processed accordingly.
